Long Term Efficacy and Tolerability of AP707 in Patients With Chronic Pain Due to Central Neuropathy of Any Genesis

About this trial

This trial is enrolling 558 individuals with chronic pain due to central nervous system disorders to test the effect and tolerability of a drug, AP707, on pain. This drug modifies certain neurotransmitters (endocannabinoids) that regulate key bodily functions. If included, participants will receive either AP707 or placebo over the course of 14 weeks. Changes in pain intensity, quality of life, sleep quality, and other measures will be monitored during the study. Final testing will be performed after 52 weeks.
