About this trial

This trial is enrolling individuals with spinal cord injuries to test the effect of epidural spinal cord stimulation (eSCS) in combination with physiotherapy on walking function. eSCS is a technique for stimulating the spinal cord with an implanted electrode placed next to the spinal cord. If included, participants will undergo surgery to implant the electrodes. In addition to eSCS, all participants will undergo physiotherapy 4 hours per day for 1 month. Lower limb mobility will be assessed at 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 6 and 12 months post treatment.
