Effects of Rimonabant on Walking Abilities in Incomplete Spinal Cord Injury

About this trial

This phase 1/phase 2 trial is enrolling individuals with incomplete chronic cervical and thoracic spinal cord injuries to test the effect of a drug (Rimonabant) on walking ability. If included, participants will either take: 1) two pills of placebo; 2) one pill of placebo and one pill of Rimonabant (2.5mg); or 3) two pills of Rimonabant (5mg) once per day for 5 consecutive days. Final testing will be performed after 15 days.
