About this trial

This trial is enrolling 100 participants with spinal cord injury to test the effect of a digital pain management program on pain. If included, participants will receive the 10-week EmpowerSpine program, which offers education about pain biology, behavior strategies for pain management, and techniques for improving resilience. Participants will be randomized to different combinations of additional components, including clinician guidance, peer support, or a post-program motivational (booster) session. Final testing of pain will be performed after 3 months.
