About this trial

This trial is enrolling 24 participants with spinal cord injury to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a hands-free exoskeleton. If included, participants and their companions will take part in supervised exoskeleton training sessions using a device developed by Wandercraft as a new version of the Atalante X. Training, delivered by a device specialist, will occur during 9 or 10, 1.5 hour visits over 3 to 4 weeks that include mobility and daily activity practice in simulated indoor and outdoor environments. Final testing of safety and walking function will be performed after 1 month.

    - Participants and their companions will take part in 9 or 10 visits that include 5 supervised exoskeleton training sessions delivered by a device trainer specialist, practicing mobility and daily activities in simulated indoor and outdoor environments. - Each session lasts an average of 1.5 hours. - Final testing of safety and walking function will be performed after 1 month.
