Solving SCI Pain: Pain Recovery Tools for SCI
About this trial
This pilot trial is enrolling 10 participants with spinal cord injury to test the effect of a peer-led pain self-management program (Solving SCI Pain). If included, participants will take part in a 7-week virtual program to develop practical, sustainable strategies for managing chronic pain. The program consists of group education on pain neuroscience, individualized peer coaching, optional cognitive and body-based pain tools, and regular structured check-ins to support behavior change. Final testing of pain and psychosocial outcomes will be performed after 6 months.
