Nutrition and Pain Study
About this trial
This trial is enrolling 30 participants with spinal cord injury to test the effect of a 4-month nutrition education and counselling program on pain. If included, participants will attend monthly nutrition education sessions and monthly one-on-one diet counselling sessions (in-person or via Zoom) to support implementation of dietary guidelines. Final assessment of pain will be performed after 4 months.
