Effects of a Mobile App-Based Mindfulness Intervention in Persons with Spinal Cord Injury and Chronic Pain
About this trial
This trial is enrolling 282 individuals with chronic spinal cord injury to test the effect of a 6-week app-guided mindfulness meditation program on pain. If included, participants will be randomly assigned to use either the Mindfulness Coach app or the TED Talk app daily for 6 weeks. Final assessment of pain and mental health will be performed after 6 weeks.
