Treating Central Neuropathic Pain With Low Dose Naltrexone for People With Spinal Cord Injury
About this trial
This pilot trial is enrolling 10 participants with chronic spinal cord injury to test the effect of low-dose naltrexone on pain. Naltrexone is a medication that can help regulate the nervous system. If included, participants will take an oral dose of 4.5 mg of naltrexone daily for 12 weeks. Final assessment of pain will be performed after 12 weeks.
