SCI&U Peer Health Coaching Program for Individuals Newly Discharged from Inpatient Rehabilitation

About this trial

This trial is enrolling 76 individuals with spinal cord injury to test the effect of "SCI & U," a web-based self-management program for mental health and self-efficacy during the transition from hospital to home. If included, participants will either engage in up to 14 online sessions with trained peer health coaches, addressing health management topics and self-management skills, or receive standard peer support. Final testing of mental health and self-management will be performed after 12 months.
