Effect of Three Training Programs on the Cardiovascular Condition of Individuals with Spinal Cord Injury
About this trial
This trial is enrolling 63 individuals with chronic spinal cord injury to test the effect of different aerobic training programs on cardiovascular health. If included, participants will engage in one of three 8-week training programs: continuous aerobics in kayak; aerobic resistance circuit training; and high-intensity interval training with rope. Final testing of cardiovascular health and overall fitness will be performed after 8 weeks.

- Participants will engage in one of three training programs: continuous aerobic kayak training program, aerobic endurance circuit program, or high-intensity interval program with rope. - The training program consists of 5 sessions a week for 8 weeks. - Final testing of cardiovascular health will be performed after 8 weeks.
