Exercise Program for Individuals With SCI in Community

About this trial

This trial is enrolling 58 participants with spinal cord injury to test the effect of a community-based, wheelchair-accessible exercise program. If included, participants will be randomly assigned to either a structured 20-session rehabilitation exercise program or a control group that does not participate in the program. Final testing will be performed after 2 months.

    - Participants will be randomly assigned to either a structured 20-session wheelchair-accessible exercise program or a control group that does not participate in the program. - The program includes stretching, aerobic exercise, and strengthening exercises adapted for wheelchair users. - Final testing will be performed after 2 months.
