About this trial
This trial is enrolling individuals with spinal cord injuries to test the effect of a drug (Lidocaine injection) on chronic pain. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that blocks the electrical signals in nerves. If included, participants will receive injections close to nerves in the arm or leg of either: 1) a Lidocaine (10 mg/ml) injection; or 2) a placebo injection using isotonic saline.
